Bogdan started his career in accounting and went on to serve as Controlling Director and CFO for international corporations. With a strong background in finance and operations, he has delivered results across logistics, trading, manufacturing, and services. Today, he leads Bright Finance Hub as CEO and also acts as a strategic CFO for our clients.

Strahinja has held finance roles from accounting to FP&A in logistics, banking, and trading. At Bright, he oversees Controlling and serves as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both clients and internal teams.

With over 10 years of experience in logistics and manufacturing, Daria leads U.S. client accounting and FP&A for non-U.S. clients. She manages internal processes while also partnering closely with clients to deliver financial insight and efficiency.

Damir brings five years of cross-industry finance experience and leads FP&A for both U.S. and non-U.S. clients. He is also part of our Business Development team, expanding our service portfolio with a focus on Business Intelligence solutions.

With a background in IT and finance, Aleksandar developed Bright’s unique methodology for data management and custom reporting. He supports clients in manufacturing, logistics, and services, while also driving internal process improvements.

Milan has over 13 years of experience in finance, sales, and operations across publicly listed companies. At Bright, he leads Controlling engagements and drives Business Development in both U.S. and international markets.
